Pear compote.
A natural compote with a very low sugar content, because it is made with 99.5% pears and a few drops of lemon juice: it contains only the fructose naturally present in fruit. A genuine and natural product, which best expresses the naturally sweet flavor of fresh pears, harvested when they are at the peak of their organoleptic expression and processed immediately with strictly artisanal procedures.
