The fruit of a short supply chain: from the field to the jar.
In our agricultural company we are firmly rooted in the land and with an open look towards the future. This is why we have created a modern processing workshop, precisely to be able to “preserve” the fruit and vegetables we grow in a jar, to be enjoyed throughout the year.
We want to enhance nature at its maximum expression, giving importance to the goodness of authentic and natural tastes. This is why we only use freshly picked fruit and vegetables, we do not add artificial flavors or chemical additives.
Our jams and marmalades do not contain artificial pectins or industrial preservatives, but only lots of fresh fruit and genuine and simple ingredients, such as brown sugar and lemon juice. We prepare them in an artisanal way, with maximum respect for food safety.
Even our puree and vegetable creams are prepared with fresh vegetables grown by us, using artisanal methods and only natural ingredients such as vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, salt and natural spices.
We never add any artificial flavors and preservatives. In fact, we believe that genuineness and food safety can coexist thanks to long experience, continuous quality choices in the fields and rigorous controls on artisan production processes manned by expert food technologists.
